Johan Kaving 850975eb78 Add support for ForkLift 3 (#6490) 
This adds support for ForkLift 3, which uses a different
application id and also uses a popover instead of a sheet for
entering the directory to go to.

This also improves the handling of different versions of ForkLift,
by first choosing any currently running instance, and if none is
running starting the newest available version.

Fixes #6565.

Plugin for ForkLift, an FTP application for OS X.

Requirements

Usage

fl [file_or_folder]

  • If fl is called without arguments then the current folder is opened in ForkLift. This is equivalent to fl ..

  • If fl is called with a directory as the argument, then that directory is opened in ForkLift. If called with a non-directory file as the argument, then the file's parent directory is opened.
