style: declare globals properly 
By default, `typeset` defines variables locally unless in the main scope.
This is specially bad when using `omz plugin load`, which happens inside
a function, so the declared variables don't continue being defined when
the function finishes and the main scope reappears.

rust

This plugin adds completion for rustc, the compiler for the Rust programming language, as well as for rustup and cargo if you have the Rust toolchain installed.

To use it, add rust to the plugins array in your zshrc file:

plugins=(... rust)
