refactor(ag): remove ag completion plugin (#12576)

BREAKING CHANGE: the `ag` "The Silver Searcher" plugin has been removed, as it
only shipped its completion, which is now already included in all the usual
package managers.

This plugin provides completion support for [`ag`](https://github.com/ggreer/the_silver_searcher).
To use it, add ag to the plugins array in your zshrc file.
